Should you stay with us, we will do everything imaginable to facilitate your best stay possible, this is our promise to you. We have not yet had a guest who did not love the place. Large two bedrooms apartment 969 sq ft (90 m²) with two nice terraces quiet and not overlooked and with a private car park. It comfortably sleeps 5 to 7 guests. Location, location, location. It is in the middle of the nicest areas of Paris, between 7th and 16th district, at a few minutes walking of the Eiffel Tower and Seine River. Very close the New Beaugrenelle Shopping Mall, to many fashion shops, varied restaurants, bars coffees, sport clubs and cinemas. And above all the apartment is particularly quiet. Very modern Building and well protected, finished in 2001 with a Videophone & Interphone Systems, located on the garden floor. The two rooms, the living room and the kitchen overlook the two terraces that will let you take a good breakfast or dine leisurely getaway. The 2 Terraces are on a private garden (269sqft + 75sqft) or (25m² + 7m²) , South-West exposed. All the windows have electric shutters, TV Cable, Internet high speed, Fixed Phone towards some wireline/fixed operators are unlimited and free of charge, Double Glazing. 1 Portable Air conditioning. Living room: View on garden, Access to the Terrace, Solid oak flooring, 2 leather sofas, Double size sofa bed (140x200cm) with High Quality Mattress, Dining table, Coffee table, 50-inch Pioneer Plasma TV, TV Cable included, DVD Blu-Ray, South-West exposure, … Bedroom 1: Solid oak flooring, Queen Size Double bed (160 x 200cm), Wardrobe, TV, View on garden and Access to the Terrace, East Exposure. Bedroom 2: Solid oak flooring, 3 Single size beds (90 x 200cm), wardrobe, View on garden and Access to the Terrace, South West exposure. A baby travel cots could be proposed on demand, from birth to age 3 or 4 (15kg). Kitchen: Separate & Fully-Equipped, Tile, Stove, Fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, Coffee-maker Nespresso, cookware, Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, window, garden view, terrace access, .. Bathroom: Equipped, tile, bath towels, tub Separate toilet, The apartment was recently fully renovated Interaction with Guests Communication, Communication, Communication. Please don't hesitate to call if you have any question, need to know something about the apartment or simply ask for any advice. At the check in time, we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. Arrival / Departure: * Check in time between 3 pm and 7 pm. Should you plan to arrive outside these hours, please let us know your estimated time of arrival so that we can find an arrangement. * Check out time before 11am. Possibility to leave later whether there is no customer that day. Professional house cleaning/maintenance is usually performed between 11am-3pm. The Neighborhood Paris 15th District Dupleix - Charles Michels. Tower Eiffel is at a 10 minutes walk, Seine River at 5mn, the new Beaugrenelle Luxury Shopping Mall (fashion shops, 100+ luxury brands, panoramic barshops, varied restaurants, bars coffees, sport clubs and cinemas) is at 4mn. A supermarket Monoprix is at 4 minutes walk(open from 9am to 9pm); 2 others are open Sunday at 4mn (sunday morning 9am to 1pm) and at 7mn (from 9am to 8pm). The renowned bilingual school (Ecole Active Bilingue Jeannine Manuel : EABJM) is at 5mn walking. Swimming Pool, Fitness Club, Squash Club and Bowling club are at 3mn walking. Nearby the metro stations Dupleix (line 6) and Charles Michels (line 10), there are also several bus lines. There's a Velo-libre bike rentals at a half block away. Recommended restaurants close to the apartment: * Siu Yu Chinese, 3 Rue Sextius * BENKAY Japan, 61 quai de Grenelle For others, have a look on restaurant michelin fr Getting Around 5 minutes walk to the metro stations: * Dupleix (line 6), towards ChampsElysée, Tour Eiffel, .. * Charles Michels (line 10), towards Chatelet, Odéon, .. Taxi stops: in front of McDonald's (5mn walk) There are also several bus lines: * Line 42: towards ChampsElysée, Tour Eiffel, Madeleine, Opèra , Galerie La Fayette, Printemps, * Line 70: Chatelet les Halles, BHV, Louvre, 16th arrdt), * Line 88: Hopital George Pompidou. Other Things to Note Welcome basket composed of some beverage and cakes (examples: Fruits, Wine, Beer, Water, Coffee Nespresso, Milk, Tea, Cakes, ..) Linen, Towels, Soap, Toilet Paper provided at your arrival. High Speed Internet, WiFi, international TV channels, Fixed Phone towards some wireline/fixed operators are unlimited and free of charge in France, Europe, USA, Canada, Brazil, list of other countries could be provided on request. House Rules Here are 2 tips to keep a good relations with the neighbors and make a big difference in your quality of stay. 1. Say hello. A friendly smile and wave to a neighbor to create a pleasant atmosphere. 2. Turn your music down. This is a simple peacekeeper, tried and true. The flat should be returned in its original condition and state of cleanliness. Smoking allowed only on terraces. Please, no smoking inside.
